Covanta’s Healthcare Team, in conjunction with Covanta Fairfax, partnered with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) on an incredibly significant destruction of seized contraband. On short notice, the Fairfax facility team stepped up and made an extraordinary effort to complete the destruction of the apprehended contraband in record time, and because of their work, it has substantially strengthened Covanta’s partnership with the DEA.
