As part of an in-person meeting at Covanta Morristown (Morristown, NJ), the Human Resources leadership team held a team-building event that benefited local residents in need. The participants broke into teams to create “Purple Apron Meal Kits” and “Purposeful Acts of Kindness Kits” for clients of nourish.NJ, a Morristown-based non-profit. The next day, the HR leaders dropped off the kits at the organization’s offices for distribution.
