Covanta Delaware Valley employees helped the Bernardine Center, a local food pantry, in its garden preparations this spring. Besides helping prepare flowerbeds, the group arrived at the Center with a surprise – donated plants!
The Bernardine Center provides a helping hand to Chester, PA residents in need, providing emergency and supplemental foods and supplies, as well as a host of other services including educational, spiritual and advocacy programs. The labor and plants donated by Covanta employees will go a long way toward beautifying an important place for the Chester community
