Oily Waste Addendum Form When disposing of virgin or used oily contaminated waste -
Aqueous Solution Exclusion Certification When disposing of flammable products with a flash point of <140 degrees Fahrenheit but with a water content of >50% and <24% alcohol content

Non-Terne Plated Used Oil Filter Exclusion Certification When disposing of used oil filters that are not terne plated (tin and lead)

RCRA Empty Container Exclusion Certification When disposing of containers that once contained hazardous waste but have been deemed empty by RCRA standards
